CONFERENCE:

Human-Centred AI for Employment Services,
From Pilot to Practice

Employment services face rising caseloads, limited resources and growing expectations, all within highly regulated and socially sensitive environments.

Drawing on real-world deployments across different service contexts, this conference shares practical insights on how to integrate human-centred AI into employment workflows without replacing professional judgement or undermining public values.

The focus is on what actually works in practice: impact on caseworker capacity, responsible deployment, and the organisational realities of successful AI integration.
