You have skills, experience and strengths that are sometimes underestimated. The aim is to use them to define a concrete and realistic professional objective, in line with opportunities in the labour market. To achieve this, we offer you this programme, combining individual coaching, short workshops in small groups, as well as digital support tools used during and between sessions.
To benefit from the programme entirely for free, you must meet the following conditions set by Actiris:
- Live in the Brussels-Capital region
- Be registered at Actiris as jobseeker
- Not be currently supported by another Actiris partner or by the CPAS/OCMW

This is a premium one, fully funded by Actiris, which invests in it because they believe in our high-quality programme and your potential. It is a unique opportunity to access professional coaching and resources with all expenses paid on your behalf.
Thanks to our multilingual professional coaches, you can join this programme and be coached in any of these languages:
- French
- Dutch
- English
- Spanish
- Portuguese
Your sessions with your coach can take place:
- At our office near Arts-Loi
- At our office in Etterbeek (Pétillon/Arsenal)
- By videoconference
Sessions typically last 1 hour or 1,5 hours and are scheduled at a mutually convenient time, Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5 PM.
Two ways to support you
Depending on your situation and needs, we guide you towards the most appropriate form of support:

coaching PROCESS
Structured support over time (up to 12 months) to clarify your objective, strengthen your tools and move forward step by step. Individual sessions and small-group workshops.
⚡
Targeted session/s
A small number of focused sessions to unblock a specific need, such as creating or improving a CV or writing a cover letter.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
- Personalised individual job coaching sessions adapted to your specific needs
- Clarification of your short-term professional objective (realistic and accessible employment or training), with possible further development depending on the situation and opportunities
- A more effective method for approaching the job market
- Creation or improvement of your CV and cover letters
- Preparation for job interviews and selection tests
- Exploration of professional training alternatives
- Digital support tools, including AICCA, used during sessions and available free of charge between sessions
- Short workshops in small groups
- Optional peer micro-mentoring between jobseekers
- Development of how you approach your job search (stress management, self-confidence, time management, motivation, blockages)
What is expected from you
- Consistently showing up on time for sessions
- Take an active part in individual sessions and, if invited, in small-group workshops
- Embracing the coaching process as an opportunity for personal and professional growth, and be willing to challenge yourself and step outside your comfort zone
- Commit the necessary time and effort to carry out the actions agreed between sessions, which will help you progress and learn, and make use of the tools made available to you (guides, AICCA, peer micro-mentoring)
- Provide honest feedback on your coaching experience and reflect on your learning and development journey
