Free job coaching in Brussels for people with little or no formal education
Have you had little or no opportunity to attend school?
And does that make it harder for you to find work?
Voco offers support tailored to your situation.
Voco is for jobseekers with at most a primary school diploma. The programme offers personalised support in a warm, respectful environment and takes your current level of education into account.
Eligibility
The programme is free, provided you meet these eligibility criteria:
- You have at most a primary school diploma
- You live in the Brussels-Capital Region
- You are registered with Actiris as a jobseeker
- You are not currently receiving support from another Actiris partner

Where
Your sessions with your job coach can take place:
- At our office near Arts-Loi / Kunst-Wet
- At the offices of our partner Ligo Brusselleer in Anderlecht (Clemenceau), Anneessens or Ribaucourt
When
Sessions last 1 hour or 1.5 hours and are scheduled together with your job coach at a time that suits you, from Monday to Friday between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm.

Coordinated support
Thanks to a partnership between OrientaEuro and Ligo Brusselleer, you receive coordinated support from a training counsellor, a job coach and a social support worker, helping you to:
- Understand your situation clearly
- Rebuild your confidence
- Build a realistic career plan
- Remove barriers that make it harder to move forward, apply for jobs and prepare for interviews
