Coaching process

The process starts with an individual meeting with a job coach, covering the essential foundations of job searching: updating your CV, clarifying your short-term professional objective (realistic and accessible employment or training) with an action plan, completing your MyActiris profile, and identifying jobs and training aligned with your skills.

Once this stage is completed, you move into practice through analysing job offers, writing cover letters, preparing for job interviews, and receiving support in reviewing your applications.
