Is your health situation or a disability making it harder to enter or return to the job market?
Novo offers support tailored to your reality
Novo is for job seekers whose job search is affected by health-related difficulties, whether physical, mental or psychological, by a disability, or by lasting effects after a long-term illness.
Eligibility
To benefit from the programme completely free of charge, you must meet the following conditions required by our funding partner:
- Live in the Brussels-Capital Region
- Be registered with Actiris as a job seeker
- Not currently be supported by another Actiris partner

Thanks to our multilingual professional job coaches, you can join this programme and receive coaching in one of these languages:
- French
- Dutch
- English
- Spanish
- Portuguese
Where
Your sessions with your job coach can take place:
- At our office near Arts-Loi
- At our office in Etterbeek (Pétillon/Arsenal)
- By video call
When
Sessions last 1 hour or 1.5 hours and are scheduled with your job coach at a time that suits you, Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.

Thanks to a collaboration between OrientaEuro and the Brussels Platform for Mental Health (PBSM), you benefit from coordinated professional and psychosocial support, to:
- Take stock of your situation
- Rebuild confidence
- Explore options that respect your needs and priorities
- Build or reshape your career plan
- Move concretely towards a job or training
What is included
- Personalised one-to-one career coaching sessions tailored to your specific needs
- A more effective way to approach the job market
- Creation or improvement of your CV and cover letters
- Preparation for job interviews and selection tests
- Exploration of vocational training options
- Digital support tools, including AICCA, used during sessions and available free of charge between sessions
- Optional peer micro-mentoring between job seekers
- Work on the way you function in relation to your job search, including stress, self-confidence, time management, motivation and blockers
