Who is behind AICCA?
AICCA is developed and managed by OrientaEuro, a social enterprise based in Brussels dedicated to helping people to have fulfilling jobs. We envision a society where everyone thrives through their talents and passions. Having already coached more than 7,000 individuals, we created AICCA to make this vision a reality for many more people worldwide. How does it work?
By clicking the button, you’ll gain direct access to AICCA Light. Once inside, you have to provide basic information such as your key skills, education, work experience, interests and target job. Alternatively, you can upload your CV, a cover letter, and a job ad.
That’s all: we will immediately send you your results to the email address and in the language of your preference.

What are OrientaEuro's AI Usage Principles?
At OrientaEuro, we are committed to ethical and responsible AI usage. We have established and strictly adhere to our AI Usage Principles:
- Opt-in: The client chooses whether to use AI in their coaching process.
- Privacy and Bias Prevention: Your inputs are not stored nor used to train any AI models by the external suppliers. We keep your information safely, in Belgium. Moreover, you can always exclude personal information when submitting your inputs if it makes you feel even safer.
- Transparency: We clearly label AI-generated insights to differentiate them from human-driven advice.
- Human Discernment: While AI can offer valuable perspectives, human judgment and professional discernment are irreplaceable. We recommend that AI-generated advice be reviewed carefully, preferably with the guidance of a professional coach.
How is my data and privacy managed?
We take your personal information seriously and ensure it is handled in compliance with protection laws, including GDPR. We employ strong security measures to safeguard your data from unauthorized access and use it only to improve our services. We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
Any data shared with our external generative AI provider is neither stored nor used to train their systems. Our servers are located in Europe, ensuring high data protection standards.

What are the limitations of the tool?
While we’ve designed this tool to provide valuable guidance, it operates with generative artificial intelligence, which means inaccuracies, biases, or omissions could exist. Consider the results as a starting point for your career exploration, a catalyst prompting deeper reflection and further research. You should not regard the results as absolute truth or objective information.
We highly encourage you to engage with professional coaches for a deeper reflection on the contents of outputs and to independently verify any critical information before making decisions based on this or any AI-based tool.
