ARAE Support Agreement by OrientaEuro

This document defines the framework within which OrientaEuro SRL supports you, as a partner of Actiris, within the “ARAE” measure.

 

1. Objective and Process

Thanks to funding from Actiris, you can benefit from free support to help you make concrete progress in your job search. Depending on your situation, this support may also lead to training opportunities.

The support is offered in the language most relevant to your situation, among those spoken by our job coaches (French, Dutch, English, and others depending on availability).

Depending on your situation and the type of support provided, OrientaEuro’s intervention may take the form of comprehensive and progressive support, or targeted support focused on a specific objective. In the case of comprehensive support, it includes two sequential phases as described in the image below:

As part of comprehensive support, Phase 1 and the first part of Phase 2 take place through individual sessions with your job coach, organized as soon as possible to prepare you quickly and effectively for an active job search toward accessible employment. Once these steps are completed, the support continues by refining and adjusting the actions undertaken, taking into account the results obtained in your job search, through a combination of individual sessions and targeted thematic workshops in small groups.

We rely on digital tools, including a digital assistant based on artificial intelligence, to increase efficiency on technical aspects and dedicate more time to human and personalized support. The use of these tools strictly complies with current data protection and confidentiality regulations (GDPR). Where applicable, you will also benefit from free access to this tool to facilitate your applications and steps outside of sessions and workshops.

2. Mutual Commitments

The support is based on shared responsibility between OrientaEuro and yourself, and takes place in a context that may also be influenced by external factors, such as labor market conditions, which are beyond both your control and ours. Within our scope, our mutual commitment is to mobilize the resources under our control to optimize your job search as effectively as possible.

2.1 OrientaEuro’s Commitment

OrientaEuro undertakes to demonstrate professionalism and integrity in carrying out its missions, relying on solid professional knowledge, a structured methodology, and adherence to best practices and ethical standards. The job coach complies with the professional code of ethics. OrientaEuro respects the confidentiality of personal data collected throughout the job coaching process.

Session scheduling is arranged by mutual agreement between you and your job coach. Any session canceled by the job coach will be quickly rescheduled. In the event of long-term unavailability of the job coach, OrientaEuro undertakes to assign you another job coach as soon as possible.

As with any type of support of this nature, our obligation is a best-efforts obligation, not an obligation of results. Concretely, this means that although we cannot guarantee the achievement of your objectives, we commit to mobilizing all our expertise, methodology, and available resources, within the framework of our partnership with Actiris, in order to maximize your chances of success.

2.2 Your Commitment

Your personal involvement is an essential element for the smooth running of the support. This includes, when required, regular personal work between sessions, carrying out job search activities (reviewing job offers, submitting applications, follow-ups), updating your profile and job search on My Actiris, as well as maintaining regular communication with your job coach regarding the progress of your situation.

Certain developments in your situation are considered by Actiris as “positive outcomes” and lead to the conclusion of the support, in order to allow the available resources to be used for other job seekers. These include, in particular, a salaried or temporary contract of 28 consecutive days, employment under “Article 60”, registration as a self-employed worker, an internship in a company, returning to studies, entering qualifying training, an FPIE or IBO program, or an internship recognized by VDAB, Actiris, or Bruxelles Formation. In this context, you undertake to inform your job coach without delay as soon as you are in one of these situations or in the event of any significant change in your situation.

To ensure smooth and respectful functioning of the support, sessions take place at the agreed times. In case of delay or inability to attend, you undertake to inform your job coach as soon as possible. Any request to reschedule an appointment should ideally be communicated at least 48 hours in advance, to allow optimal organization and, where applicable, to free up availability for another person.

3. Relationship with Actiris

OrientaEuro operates within the framework of an official partnership with Actiris. As such, OrientaEuro was selected following a call for projects and carries out its mission in compliance with the rules, processes, and framework defined by Actiris.

OrientaEuro’s role in this context is strictly limited to job search support. Obligations related to your availability on the labor market, demonstrating your active job search, and more broadly your status as a job seeker remain your sole responsibility vis-à-vis Actiris.

In accordance with Actiris’ instructions, your job coach records in your Actiris file the sessions carried out, contact attempts, as well as certain elements demonstrating the progress of the support (for example a CV, a cover letter, or, where applicable, a summary document of the Professional Project Determination (DPP), when this is subject to an official request from Actiris). However, it remains your responsibility to keep your My Actiris profile up to date, particularly regarding your job search activities, and to respond to any summons or communication from Actiris.

If you have an employment advisor within an Actiris office, your interactions with them remain independent of the support provided by OrientaEuro. Your employment advisor has access to the information recorded by the job coach on the Actiris platform, but you remain responsible for responding directly to summons, requests, or administrative procedures related to Actiris (such as language vouchers, STIB travel, hiring plans, etc.).

4. Duration of the Support

The duration of the support depends on the nature of the intervention implemented.

In the case of comprehensive support, it is designed to last as long as it provides real added value to your job search. It ends when your situation evolves in such a way that active support is no longer necessary, particularly when you are sufficiently equipped and autonomous to continue your search effectively, or when you reach a “positive outcome” as described above. In any case, it ends after a maximum period of 12 months.

In the case of targeted support focused on a specific objective, the support is limited to one or more sessions and ends once the intended objective is achieved or the intervention is completed.

OrientaEuro reserves the right to adapt or terminate the support when conditions no longer allow for constructive work or sufficient involvement in the support process, particularly in cases of prolonged absence of contact or participation, in accordance with the framework defined with Actiris.

Coaching process

The process starts with an individual meeting with a job coach, covering the essential foundations of job searching: updating your CV, clarifying your short-term professional objective (realistic and accessible employment or training) with an action plan, completing your MyActiris profile, and identifying jobs and training aligned with your skills.

Once this stage is completed, you move into practice through analysing job offers, writing cover letters, preparing for job interviews, and receiving support in reviewing your applications. You also gain access to workshops and content on various topics, ranging from strengthening self-confidence to gaining a better understanding of AI.

En una primera etapa, el proceso comienza con una cita individual con un job coach, abordando las bases esenciales de la búsqueda de empleo: la actualización de tu CV, la clarificación de tu objetivo profesional a corto plazo (empleo o formación realista y accesible) con un plan de acción, la cumplimentación de tu perfil MyActiris y la identificación de profesiones y formaciones acordes con tus competencias.

Una vez superada esta etapa, pasarás a la puesta en práctica mediante el análisis de ofertas de empleo, la redacción de cartas de motivación, la preparación de entrevistas de trabajo y el acompañamiento en el análisis de tus candidaturas. También tendrás acceso a talleres y contenidos sobre diferentes temáticas, desde el fortalecimiento de la confianza en ti mismo hasta una mejor comprensión de la IA.

Parcours de coaching

Concrètement, dans un premier temps, le parcours démarre par un rendez-vous individuel avec un job coach, avec les bases essentielles à la recherche d’emploi : la mise à jour de votre CV, la clarification de votre objectif professionnel à court terme (emploi ou formation réaliste et accessible) avec un plan d’action, la complétude de votre profil MyActiris et l’identification des métiers et formations correspondant à vos compétences.

Une fois cette étape franchie, vous passerez à la mise en pratique avec l'analyse d’offres d’emploi, la rédaction de lettres de motivation, la préparation aux entretiens d’embauche et l'accompagnement dans l’analyse de vos candidatures. Vous aurez accès également à des ateliers et des contenus sur différentes thématiques, allant du renforcement de la confiance en soi, à une meilleure connaissance de l'IA.
