OrientaEuro jointly presented with the Employment & Integration Services of the City of Vantaa (Finland) the results of a successful pilot of AICCA, our generative AI-based assistant designed to support the daily work of guidance staff across public and private employment services, as well as outplacement, coaching, placement and recruitment organisations.
The presentation took place during a hybrid conference, with participants on-site in Vantaa and attendees connected from across Europe. The session showcased how AICCA has been used by job coaches, caseworkers and employment advisers, both in individual guidance and in collective formats such as Vantaa’s now well-established AI-powered job search clubs.
Beyond the conference itself, the visit included in-depth working sessions focused on employment services more broadly, including guidance methodologies, service design, organisational practices and collaboration models with public employment services. These exchanges built on OrientaEuro’s experience of delivering personalised job coaching in close cooperation with PES for over ten years, and on how such practices can be strengthened and scaled.
Within this context, particular attention was given to the role of human-centred AI as a supporting layer, designed to leverage existing professional expertise while preserving judgement, institutional responsibility and trust.
The visit also marked the starting point of a broader exchange with Business Vantaa, organisers of the conference, opening the door to continued dialogue and future joint initiatives.
This collaboration illustrates OrientaEuro’s approach to employability, grounded in hands-on guidance practice and complemented by technology that strengthens professionals and delivers value within the operational realities of public and private employment services.
