Parcours de coaching

Concrètement, dans un premier temps, le parcours démarre par un rendez-vous individuel avec un job coach, avec les bases essentielles à la recherche d'emploi : la mise à jour de votre CV, la clarification de votre projet professionnel avec un plan d’action, la complétude de votre profil MyActiris et l’identification des métiers et formations correspondant à vos compétences et à vos objectifs.

Une fois cette étape franchie, vous passerez à la mise en pratique avec l'analyse d’offres d’emploi, la rédaction de lettres de motivation, la préparation aux entretiens d’embauche et l'accompagnement dans l’analyse de vos candidatures. Vous aurez accès également à ateliers et des contenus sur différentes thématiques, allant du renforcement de la confiance en soi, à une meilleure connaissance de l'IA.
