OrientaEuro wholeheartedly recommends the FACT app (First Aid Communication Tool) for its effectiveness in bridging communication gaps and its positive impact on social integration.
Through partnerships with Public Employment Services, France Travail France Travail, Le Forem, and VDAB, as well as the European Regional Development Fund and Interreg France-Wallonie-Vlaanderen AB Réfugiés emploi, FACT started in 2018 and has successfully helped to reduce barriers for non-native speakers in the workplace, particularly for refugees and vulnerable populations.
We are especially grateful for how FACT has benefited the participants of TEB (Trabajo en Bélgica), OrientaEuro’s program that has assisted Latin Americans in integrating into the Belgian Labour market since 2020.
Even beyond the conclusion of the FACT project, their app is still available and continues to make a positive impact: a perfect example of the perennity of EU-funded projects.
