What happens when you put job seekers, coaches, and HR at the same table?

You get honest conversations, unexpected insights, and a real chance to reflect on what matters most!

That’s exactly what happened during the Ethical Assessment workshop led by Rob Heyman from the Knowledge Centre Data & Society for Stad Halle. The focus was the usage of AICCA, our AI-powered Career Coaching Assistant, by the job coaches at Halle’s OCMW.

For three hours, job seekers, job coaches, and HR leads (including Kim Arys from Colruyt Group) worked together to explore how this tool is being used, what it means for them, and how it could evolve while considering each stakeholder’s priorities and values.

We’re grateful to have been part of it and especially to hear directly from the people who use AICCA how they are impacted by it.

If you work at any type of institution or company guiding job seekers, reach out for a demo so you can see how it can enhance your impact.

Coaching process

The process starts with an individual meeting with a job coach, covering the essential foundations of job searching: updating your CV, clarifying your short-term professional objective (realistic and accessible employment or training) with an action plan, completing your MyActiris profile, and identifying jobs and training aligned with your skills.

Once this stage is completed, you move into practice through analysing job offers, writing cover letters, preparing for job interviews, and receiving support in reviewing your applications. You also gain access to workshops and content on various topics, ranging from strengthening self-confidence to gaining a better understanding of AI.

Case: student without CV, applying for internship

With little experience and no CV, he used AICCA to describe his background, skills, motivations, and a specific job title he was targeting. In seconds, AICCA transformed his input into tailored, high-quality materials. Browse the results through AICCA’s tabs:

Imagine your students accessing this level of support anytime, anywhere.
